In this blog post I wanted to share with you something that you may want to use in order to feel better physically and mentally.

This exercise is based on two elements: breathing and push ups.

Now, what is pretty incredible in it, is that it’s possible to double number of push ups without breathing.

My first experience with this exercise wasn’t impressive.

After doing breathing part of it, I made 16 push ups. Like I said – not impressive at all.

Today I can do 40 push ups without breathing and while it’s still not impressive for some people, for me the most important is progress.

The next thing is that after doing this exercise in the morning, I just feel better and this is the reason I wanted to share it here.

Try it for a while and I’m sure that your numbers will be better and better over time 🙂
