Overweight is pretty big problem in today’s world and yes, in a lot of cases we have to deal with this problem because of our eating habits. In other words, we don’t eat healthy and the quality of the food is often very low.
But there’s also something interesting in this subject… There are people who eat healthy, go to the gym and – in general – they just do what needs to be done to be slim and healthy but for some reason they aren’t slim while others don’t go to the gym at all and they don’t think too much about meals and they don’t have problem with overweight.
You see, after studying a lot of information on why we have problems (also with health) and how they can be solved for real, I agree that…
…everything what we do and what we get in life is determined in first place by what we have in our mind.
What I try to say is that data recorded in our mind determine how we think and how we act on a daily basis and how our body works and looks like.
The thing here also is that from the logical point of view we know what we should do to be healthy and slim but this good looking and logic reasons lose with emotions and because of them we do things that aren’t healthy.
