It’s a problem that affects many people around the world and it maybe affects also you.
In my eyes it’s because we don’t like what we do in life and when on Sunday afternoon we think about Monday, we have negative feelings because we know that we go back to do things that we just don’t like.

The thing here is that it doesn’t have to look like this. If you hate Mondays (or someone you know) then you can change it and you can do it right now.

One of the most important things for me and after watching this video is that we are very lucky. Yes, lucky because we live here. rght now and every single one of us can change everything if he or she really wants it.
If we don’t like what we do (and because of this we hate Mondays) then we can change this.
No, I’m not saying that it’s easy. I’m not saying that everything can be changed in a matter of hours or days. I’m just saying that it’s possible 🙂
